Since a well-fitted PFD should hug the upper body tight, even small busted women can get “the squash”. If you are a larger girl, it’s “the big crush”. That was the challenge which lead the MTI design team to study a variety of “wonder-bras” & sports bras to understand effective shapes and support. The pads not only support the bust, but also work to FILL the space under the bust, evening out the contact between the body and the jacket.
