FREE Shipping | Orders Over $100 | Australia Only
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 through our online store to all major cities in Australia. Some surcharges may apply on large items (SUPs etc.) or shipping into regional or country areas.
Free shipping not available on second hand items.
In the event of returns/refunds initial shipping/freight costs incurred will be deducted prior to refunding.
Standard shipping on orders under $100 is available at a flat rate for domestic parcels of $9.99.
International Shipping
We are now offering international shipping on the website to some select locations. No options available for your region? Not to worry just contact us and we can probably make arrangements.
International shipping is provided by Australia Post and largely handled by their partner carriers in the destination country.
If there are multiple shipping options available, please select the one that most applies to your order:
- "Small" shipping applies to very small items, under 1 kilogram. Clothing. Spare parts. Hand held items.
- "Medium" shipping applies to most everything else that we can ship. Kites and wings, harnesses, backpacks, most foils.
- Some larger items are not able to be shipped without custom arrangements. Twintips, Surfboards, SUPs etc. in these cases you can contact us to make arrangements
Please select the correct shipping option on checkout. If there are any issues we will contact you while processing your order to resolve. In some rare cases alterations may need to be made in order to ship your order, but these flat rate options cover the vast majority of cases we deal with.
All international options are tracked, but do not include insurance. If you'd like to purchase insurance you can contact us to make arrangements. Australia Post offer insurance on their parcels at a rate of $4 per $100 of insured value.
Please be aware that you may be liable for duties and taxes upon importing product into your home country.
Dispatch Times
Our orders are predominantly dispatched 2 days a week, Monday & Thursday at 4pm with Australia Post. Any orders placed prior to 12pm (noon) on that same dispatch day will typically be packaged and sent with the current batch of orders.
In the case of express post orders we will endeavour to get your order dispatched asap, however as we currently operate our stocking and dispatch with a very small team it may have to wait until the next available dispatch day to leave, either Monday or Thursday.
Please keep this in mind when ordering, and feel free to contact us with any questions or specific requests. For urgent orders it may be best to arrange via phone or email.
In Stock
All items listed as "In Stock" on the website are in stock with us and ready for dispatch asap, except in rare occasions due to stock keeping error. This means minimal wait times and delays on dispatch with any stocked items.
Backorder
Backordered items will typically need to be ordered in, sometimes even from overseas, so wait times can vary greatly. Once we have received your order for a back ordered item, we will be in touch to notify you of ETA and any additional information. If you have any questions about a specific back ordered item, please contact us for more information.

Metro areas will typically receive their orders quite soon, and some regional areas may take slightly longer than estimated. All domestic orders will typically receive their shipment within 14 business days.
Please note that shipping times do vary based on factors outside of our control, we will always do our best to get your order packed and on the way as soon as we possibly can.

Shipping Conditions
Fixed cost express shipping is available at checkout on satchel sized items, and can be arranged on larger items via contacting our office.
Shipping is handled by independent couriers or Australia Post and while their individual policies differ, we aim to use the best service for your area. Delivery instructions may be added at checkout and where possible will be added to your shipment.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, many courier services have opted to leave parcels are the delivery address without signature as standard practice. If you do not wish for this to be the case please specify on ordering, and we will do our best to convey this to the chosen delivery agent. Unfortunately in some places this may not be possible, as local delivery agents and contractors often set their own policy and conduct in a manner they choose.
