The Oceanus Reel is a retractable kiteboarding leash, designed to keep you attached to your board, but keep it far enough away as to avoid injury, unlike bungie style leashes.  Extending out to as long as 4m the reel will keep you safe and attached in conditions where a leash is nessecary.
