Self adhesive repair valve from Dr. Tuba.  Standard 11mm deflate style valve, one of the most common styles available still regularly used on many models.  Easy replacement, just remove your old valve, clean and prep, peel and stick the new one.  Avaialble in both regular base/flange and Mega/XL for better coverage.
