The WAM, one of North's premier surfboards for years, features a brand new shape for 2016. Featuring a wider squashed tail and a broader higher perfromance nose outline, the rail line is increased along with the surface area of the board. The new shape brings many advantages, a big boost in stability, much better upwind ability and light wind performance, and a noticable increase in speed.
The WAM is an excellent all-rounder, suited to a huge variety of conditions, astounding balance and control when compared to a more traditional shape, allowing more comfort and ease of use for the beginner, but allowing the more advanced and experienced riders to really push the limits of what they can do in the waves.
No one board can ever truly do it all, but North have done their best to ensure the WAM comes mighty close.
